Packaging exhibition organiser easyFairs is giving Twitter users involved in the packaging industry a weekly forum, at #PACKCHAT.
Hosted every Wednesday at 1pm until 2pm, each week there will be a new theme set by a question posed, although participants will be welcome to put forward their own questions and ideas, the company says.
The first #PACKCHAT discussion will take place on Wednesday 5 December 2012, on the topic of: ‘Why has packaging got such a bad rep?’
Alison Church, event director for the easyFairs Packaging events, comments: “#PACKCHAT is a great way for all those involved in packaging to catch up on the latest industry news, discuss recent changes, hear about the latest packaging innovations and express their views on the packaging issues that matter to them. We’re expecting some lively tweeting!”
#PACKCHAT will take place on Twitter every Wednesday. Interested parties are advised to follow @easyPACK and watch out for #PACKCHAT at 1pm, when the chat will start.
EasyFairs will be hosting a live #PACKCHAT at Packaging Innovations at the Birmingham NEC show, in the show’s Social Media Lounge at 1pm on Wednesday 27 February 2013.
