Derprosa-Taghleef Industries obtains the European patent for the SoFT TOUcH film

The European Patent Office (EPO) has granted Taghleef the European patent of the SoFT TOUcH film.
This means that the EPO grants all the exclusive rights to manufacture, use and distribute this category of films in the European market.
SoFT TOUcH is the result of uncountable hours of research and development, to create a unique and exclusive reference product. This film not only provides a full visual fidelity of images and colours, but also a superior soft touch that confers it a Premium and unique appearance for any lamination job. Having a type of laminate of these characteristics represents a revolution in the Graphic Arts sector.

The reward for these efforts to achieve a top-quality product, as mentioned, has just been communicated to us by the European Patent Office (EPO) which has granted the company the exclusive rights mentioned above. And this is not the only consequence of a product of this quality: as stated by the Chief Executive Officer of Taghleef Industries SLU (Spain), José Ángel Medina: "at the end of February Derprosa-Ti plans to double its production capacity creating a new line at our facilities".

Derprosa-Ti has thus become the only company capable of offering a type of superior laminate applicable both to Packaging and to Graphic Arts, having the broadest range of films in the market capable of offering such innovative products which range from films with antibacterial properties, scratch-resistant, oxo-degradable, digital, and films with colours (including metallic and 3D effect), etc.
