Conveyor belting supplier Ammeraal Beltech meets tobacco industry challenge and launches new suction tape for cigarette manufacturers

Cigarette manufacturers worldwide now have a wider choice of suction tape for more reliable and efficient operation of their production lines. The new Ammeraal Beltech suction tape, developed at the request of the cigarette industry, has already received the approval of Philip Morris International, having met their stringent technical, chemical and durability standards.

Ammeraal Beltech has developed a new suction tape at the request of the cigarette industry. Suction tapes insert the tobacco into cigarette tubes. This new tape means that the cigarette industry will now have a wider choice of suppliers and products. Additionally, Ammeraal Beltech's suction tape offers a 30% reduction in tobacco dust in comparison to other suction tapes, thereby boosting productivity, cutting down on waste and maximising profit. It is also made entirely of PEEK, a fully pyrolysis-compliant material, making the suction tape an extremely safe and high-quality choice for today's cigarette industry.
