Following a 31% increase in turnover in the last year, Welsh contract packer Complete Core Business Solutions has announced a £750,000 investment in new premises, along with the creation of 45 new contract-based jobs.
The company is to relocate from Treforest Industrial Estate to a new manufacturing site in Abercynon.
The new 32,500 sqft freehold unit is set in 2.5 acres on the Ynysboeth Industrial Estate, and was previously owned by industrial property agents Ashtenne.
Privately funded, the £750,000 investment includes a new 230sqm dedicated clean room, which will now enable Complete Core Business Solutions to handle primary food products on behalf of the food and drink industry. The new premises are HMRC licensed as a trade facility warehouse.

Established in the contract pack market as a hand-packing company, Complete Core Business Solutions now offers additional facilities that include mixing and blending, pouch filling, flow wrapping, bottle filling and vacuum packing along with auger filler and linear weigher capabilities.
Clients include Imperial Tobacco, Cell Drinks, Rocktails, Genesis Biosciences, Ensinger, BCF Technologies and Land Energy.
