Coca-Cola Enterprises receives the "Marianne d'Or" 2014 sustainability award for its future headquarters In France

Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) received the 2014 "Marianne d'Or" sustainability award for its future green headquarters in Paris. The national competition has been running for 30 years and celebrates rigour, creativity, and innovation for local communities.

On the 19th of January, CCE France will move into its new headquarters in Paris, a building called NODA which is integrated into its environment and respectful of it.

The building was designed with sustainability in mind including water treatment for re-use on site, thermal comfort, preservation of local wildlife but also waste management. NODA will be the first office building directly connected to the waste collection pneumatic system of the city.

The green credentials of the building have already been recognised, as shown by numerous certifications - HQE level "Exceptional", BBC and BREEAM International level "Outstanding" with more than 92% - the European record for an office building.

The facilities were also designed to make life easier for CCE employees through home automation, personalised information of travel time, living spaces. There will also be Vélib (bicycle sharing) and Autolib (electric car sharing) nearby as well as car-sharing options.

The building is a smart tool designed for the well-being of its users and respect for the surrounding ecosystem. NODA showcases what's in store for the future of working life.
