The chocolate and confectionery sector will focus on design, primary and secondary packaging and labelling at the Salon du Chocolat Professionnel from 19-21 October 2011 at the Porte de Versailles Center in Paris, France.
An opening-day conference will look at packaging trends and innovations designed to bring a sense of enchantment to the act of consuming. The potential for treats and creativity to go hand-in-hand with eco-design and recyclability will also be explored. And the implications of the new Green Dot 2012 classification for confectionery wrappings will be discussed.
