Bell Packaging in the UK and Spain-based Grumbe have announced a collaboration to promote high quality transparent packaging in the UK.
Producing over 80 million packs per annum, Grumbe – part of the Cosfibel Group – offers the largest printed box capacity in Europe. The company says increased interest from FMCG companies led it to reach an agreement with Bell Packaging to provide full availability in the UK of its specialist range.
Tubing, boxes, inserts and promotional designs can be decorated using litho, foil and screen print processes.
Commenting on the announcement, Bell Packaging managing director Peter Lennie stated: “Everybody at Bell is very excited about the new product range. Grumbe have made significant improvements in the environmental aspects of transparent packaging.
“With their specialised print and creasing capabilities along with the production of other substrates we can offer the complete solution for medium and large FMCG projects.
“Key market areas include the drinks industry, where presentation is becoming an increasingly important sales tool, and the cosmetics and confectionery sectors.”
