Targeting the burgeoning US brewing sector, Beatson Clark will be showcasing its glass bottle design expertise for the first time at the BrewExpo America show at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, 9-10 April 2014.
The UK’s leading glass manufacturer will be exhibiting its unique range of bespoke bottles at the largest brewing trade show in the USA, in a bid to win more brewing clients in the country.
Beatson Clark produces high-quality bottles for a number of major UK breweries including Samuel Smiths, the Meantime Brewing Company and Thornbridge.
In 2013, the company teamed up with the award-winning Brooklyn Brewery in New York to produce premium bespoke bottles for its collection of beers.
“The American craft beer sector is a very crowded marketplace and it’s essential that brands have stand-out appeal on shelf,” says Lynn Sidebottom, sales and marketing director at Beatson Clark.
“If breweries don’t want a completely new design we offer the option of customising our standard bottles by embossing brewery names or logos onto finish moulds.”
Embossing, Sidebottom says, is a more cost-effective alternative and can be produced in smaller volumes.
BrewExpo is the leading US trade show for craft brewers and exhibitors, and is expected to attract over 7,000 visitors this year.
