Ball Corporation will cease production at its steel aerosol packaging manufacturing plant in Danville, Illinois, USA during the second half of 2014.
In a statement, Ball said it will redeploy the plant’s assets to other existing company facilities and will continue to supply the Danville plant’s existing customers.
Ball Corporation’s Danville plant produces three-piece welded aerosol cans and ends for household products customers.
