Audion H22SA shrink wrapper upgrades benefit operators

13 January 2014

Audion Elektro has announced the upgrading of its Audionpack H22SA stand-alone shrink wrapper to improve operator efficiency and provide greater productivity.

According to Friedheim International, UK distributor for the Netherlands-based packaging machinery manufacturer, the move follows Audion’s product launches of the CS Matic, Audionpack H20/H25 and LT470/LT670 models.

Among the upgraded features on the H22SA are a new PCB with the capability of being able to store 10 programs instead of the current six, and the use of a larger fan in place of the existing two smaller ones to allow a greater circulation of air.

An ‘opening delay’ in the raising of the hood prevents hot air escaping and blowing against the operator, while the placing of the electrical panel at the front of the machine also enables better access during service and maintenance.

The electric panel, as well as the body of the machine, will also now be air cooled to prevent overheating of the frame.
