Aptar caps it for Siberian water brand

1 December 2011

Aptar Food & Beverage has begun supplying its Original 28mm sports cap to the Siberian mineral water bottling plant Irkutskiy Zavod Min Vod, for its flagship product Pearl of Baikal natural potable water.

Pearl of Baikal – drawn from Lake Baikal in South-East Siberia, Earth’s oldest and deepest freshwater lake and the largest pure water deposit in the world – is now available in a small format with the Original 28mm sport cap.

Two versions of the 500ml format are available, one targeting people leading an active life and a second more specifically designed for children.

The safety, ease of use and tight seal of the Original sport cap make it ideally suited for all age groups.

Irkutskiy Zavod Min Vod has also extended its Nota range of lightly-carbonated, soft-flavoured low calorie drinks to include a 500ml format, also capped by a 28mm Original.

The colour flexibility offered by the 2-part closure allows immediate identification of the different flavours and versions in the range, bringing the finishing touch to create an attractive package.

Irkutskiy Zavod Min Vod distributes its products in the Irkutsk area and other regions in Eastern Siberia.

Aptar Food & Beverage is part of the Aptargroup family of companies, headquartered in the US with facilities in North America, Europe, Asia and South America.
