You ‘To-Kan’ Design a Bag with Ease

1 April 2008

Kan-do-it (Kan), the specialist manufacturer of bespoke cotton and paper bags, realised there was a requirement to educate their customers, so that they knew how to get the most out of a promotional bag. By designing a unique ‘user guide’, Fix-a-Form, multi-page label from Denny Bros, they were able to convey this information easily and concisely to their clients in a compact style.

Catrina Clarke commenting on the concept said: “There are a number of companies offering clients the service of buying bags. However, without asking the correct questions of their clients, the buying process can be messy. Kan spotted the requirement to educate marketers and promotional buyers on bags in general, and that is how Trevor joined our team.”

The Trevor Fix-a-Form was designed to fit on the back of a standard business card, which could be used either by Kan employees or the sales teams of distributors. The 16-page Fix-a-Form unfolds to reveal everything you need to know about designing your bag, from size, style and handle options to printing processes, with Trevor guiding the reader through every step.

When asked why Kan chose Denny Bros, Clarke explains: “The ease of dealing with the sales and production team, coupled with their friendly nature echoed our company, which is important to us. Fix-a-Form, though small, delivers a powerful message.”
